ID Cards


ID cards are mandatory for all League and Cup games.

Photo for ID Card Requirements

Photo for ID cards must meet the following standards:

  • Be of a high enough resolution (min 300 dpi) so as to not appear blurry on the ID card (2”x 2”).
  • Must be a passport-style head shot photo.

Legal ID Requirements

A copy of a legal photo ID must accompany the photo used on the ID card.  This ID is used to validate that: 1) the information provided on the registration form is accurate; and 2) the picture for the ID card is of the person being registered.

Legal ID submissions must:

  • Must contain the player’s legal name and date of birth
  • Have a clear picture of the player
  • Must be legible

Legal ID is destroyed by the League once the registration has been processed.

Replacement Cards

If an ID card is lost a replacement card will be issued at a cost of $10 per card.

To replace an ID card,the team manager needs to contact the Registrar to arrange for a replacement.48 hours notice is required to replace a card once the required paperwork is submitted.
