A Youth-to-Senior Permit allows Senior Teams to play a registered youth player for a specified league game. A Youth-to-Senior Permit must be completed for each game the intended youth player is expected to play.

The Youth players must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to play:
- Technical ability
- Physical ability
- Mental ability
- Social ability

Parental Consent
Youth players under 19 years of age require a Parental Liability form to be completed prior to their first Senior match. The Parental Liability form only needs to be submitted once per season. It does not have to be submitted for each game.
Permit Approval Deadlines
A team wishing to use a Youth-to-Senior Permit must submit the permit for League approval in accordance with the registration deadlines established for the League. For example, if the game is scheduled for Sunday, the permit must be submitted to the Association by Friday; if the game is Friday, the permit must be submitted by Wednesday.
ID Cards
Youth players must bring their ID Cards to the game. The completed paperwork approving the Youth-to-Senior Permit must be presented to the match officials for inspection prior to the start of the game.
